Follow-up Comment #58, bug #58957 (project octave):

Hi Markus.

WRT comment # 57: if you're comfortable with C, C++ and gdb, that would be
ideal: I attach a tarball with a C++ program driving librsb very near to what
crashes sparsersb.

You can use it in two ways:
 * run it standalone to see if it crashes in the Windows environment where
sparsersb crashes
 * paste the code as it is when invoking sparsersb("render.. ), to see if it
crashes there.
The above is only a starting point for now.


WRT comment #56: if that serves the short-term problem of having MXE-Octave
consistent, yes, please, thanks.
