Follow-up Comment #35, bug #59206 (project octave):
With the new dll:
>> version -blas
ans = OpenBLAS (config: OpenBLAS 0.3.12 NO_LAPACK NO_LAPACKE DYNAMIC_ARCH
NO_AFFINITY Haswell MAX_THREADS=24)
Octave no longer crashes with the commands from comment #7.
So it very much looks like a bug in OpenBLAS 0.3.10 that has since been
fixed.
I'll push the patch updating to the new version probably some time later today
if no one else beats me to it.
