Update of bug #59331 (project octave):

                  Status:          Ready For Test => Fixed                  
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #38:

I can no longer observe the high CPU load after running the test suite with hg
id e44e3c2b7eea on Windows 10. Also a script with the commands from comment
#24 no longer causes high CPU load.

Closing as fixed.
