Follow-up Comment #28, bug #59373 (project octave):

Hmm, it also failed for me in a fresh build.  I removed the files installed
for the llvm package, reverted the change, and I'm trying again.  If that
works (and I expect it will) then I'll undo the change in the mxe-octave repo.
