Follow-up Comment #6, bug #59680 (project octave):

I think you mean the functions that we have compiled wrappers for, in the
liboctave/wrappers directory. I think jwe set it up by design that no gnulib
functions are needed directly outside of liboctave. So we may or may not need
to export 'octave_fseeko_wrapper' for example, but we should not need to
export the gnulib 'fseeko' function under any circumstances.
