Follow-up Comment #24, bug #59628 (project octave):

Now if someone uses both --gui and --eval, the GUI doesn't start and there is
no warning/error?

Maybe we should at least warn about that usage since some users might not know
about --persist and might expect the gui to start if they asked for it?
