Follow-up Comment #10, bug #59719 (project octave): docstring edit patch attached. added note about known matlab incompatibility for fractional inputs. Also saw dec2hex said it returned the 2's comp binary representation of neg numbers. small edited to be clear it returns a hex value using the 2's comp rep.
