Follow-up Comment #29, bug #59426 (project octave):
Agree to the both of you Torsten and Philip 😉
On my Linux daily use system (comment #17) the bug is still fixed for Octave
6.2.0. On a plain test MS Windows system the nightly
octave-2021-02-05-00-31-w64-installer.exe installed and after purging the
config locations (comment #28) the old small "drag move to rearrange the
horizontal widget positions" is still necessary, the positions are not
remembered. I don't know what makes qt "forgetting" it 😓
