There's no octave directory inside my user directory, except: 
C:\Users\username\.config\octave
Inside there's a single file: qt-settings.

As I installed octave for all users, the installation path in within
C:\Program Files, not %APPDATA%.
There're only two ini files inside the installation directory (C:\Program
Files\GNU Octave\Octave-6.3.0): proj.ini and mxe-conf.ini.
