Follow-up Comment #9, bug #63819 (project octave):

Yes! You understand! In editor, keyboard arrow keys go up to file top and down
to file bottom. In command window there no arrow key to go up and down for
long output. Only mouse works but my mouse doesnt work (jumps) so trying to
use keyboard but gui doesnt take keyboard to go up and down. Up and down only
give different commands. Missing keys to go up and down without mouse.
