Follow-up Comment #12, bug #63819 (project octave):

Have you tried all of the following key combinations?

* <Shift>+<PageUp>
* <Shift>+<PageDown>
* <Shift>+<Up>
* <Shift>+<Down>

Also, please try to enable the option in the "Shortcuts" tab of the
preferences dialog that disable global shortcuts when the command window is
active. and try the above key-combinations again.
