Follow-up Comment #40, bug #62352 (project octave):
@Charles - when you tried creating an exception, did you just do so for the
primary executable or did you try to except.the entire octave folder? Assuming
you followed steps like those written at
https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/antivirus-scan-exclusions/#android,
did you try any of the "advanced" options?
