Just an update.  My equipment that I ordered from Halfbase.com finally 
arrived.  It had quite the journey.  Jeff, if you are reading this, I 
think the common complaint most people have had with your service is a 
lack of information.  I think your business would be well served if you 
sent emails 1) upon order confirmation 2) if any items are backordered 
and when they are expected and 3) when the items ship.
