If you got it from PPZUAV, it probably already has the bootloader installed on it. David is pretty good about installing that. You probably just need to skip the bootloader step and try configuring the GPS. Again, David has a good reputation of helping out, so you may want to touch base with him if you have any further questions, since he should be familiar with your setup.

when I try to upload the usb bootloader onto the TWOG board, it is giving me this message. Even when I tried to upload the code using the ISP flash mode, it is giving 'no answer on '?' ' message. Is the board working fine? What can be the probable problem. This is a new TWOG board which I got from PPZUAV. I have checked the 3.3 and 5 V rail. The voltages are fine on them.
