As many new graphics as possible to choose from and better versions of the
old ones - what else. ;-)
At "https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=pingus" a few graphic bugs are
reported, but playing around with the game will soon reveal other graphics
that could use improvement.
> What graphics formats does pingus use?
Mostly png, there are also tga and jpg graphics - but I'm not the one to
answer those questions anyway.

I'd say the game requires background music for levels, theme musics for the
worldmap, melodies for things like a level statistic screen (happy or sad,
depending on the outcome?)...

There's MIDI support in ClanLib and I'd guess that the average MIDI is a
tenth of the size of an Ogg Vorbis file. Maybe that MIDI won't sound as nice
if it's played with a worse soundcard then the one used to same MIDI to Ogg
Vorbis but a download of 100 MB would be far worse in my opinion.
> Do you need any more sounds?
There are still lot's of sounds missing and I don't think that anyone should
be upset if you prove that you may create a better version of a sound then
the one used right now. ;-)
Only point to remember - all graphics, sounds MUST be compatible with a GPL
game or in other words free.
