The good old install manual is awfully out of date. You need clanJPEG,
clanPNG, clanMikMod, clanVorbis, clanCore, clanDisplay and clanApp.

Its no longer needed.

Hm, not sure what is causing this. Maybe end-of-line stuff got broken
or something along the line.
