It basically means that ClanLib is time-traveling, aka
CL_System::get_time() returns a smaller value, even so it should have
returned a smaller or equal value, since time moves forward, not
backward. Its a ClanLib bug I guess, either we fix it in ClanLib or
thread smaller times as equal to the current time.
