Yep, that was it. I didn't have the config.h in my project and I had to 
add "#define HAVE_LIBCLANMIKMOD". Sound is working now.
Maybe someone who knows how the shell script that generates the 
.dsp-file works can update it so that src/win32/* are in it?

Compiling with "HAVE_GETTEXT" shows an error because libintl.h was not 
found. Where can I find it?
