We could really use someone to take care of icons in PSPP.  However there
is more to icon design than you might think.

If you feel up to the task, I'd welcome a whole new set of icons (for all the 
different themes),
and also an application icon that looks good in 16x16 resolution as well as all 
the other sizes.
