[RP] coloured current window broken

I just committed my fixes for the capped window lengths.  You will
notice that the current window is no longer coloured in the window
bar.  Do not panic.  This is not necessarily permanent, I hestitated
committing these changes because I did not want to remove this
feature, but I think in the short term stability is more important
than eye candy.

Anyway, ratpoison should be a whole lot more stable now.  Just see if
you can get mozilla/xemacs/gnome-desktop to crash it.  Go on, you know
you want to try to break it.
