[RP] ratmen-2.2

A friend of mine has put together a new version of ratmenu, which
he calls ratmen, with some nifty features. For instance:

* Scrolling for long menus.

* Setting another default item than the first.

* Style preferences via Xresources.

* Can be set to die when losing focus.

* Delimiters for menu entries (e.g: ratmen -d: name:command name:command)

* Mouse support (that doesn't intrude on keyboard functionality.)


More features are coming, but he is a bit lazy with putting up a
webpage for it, so I have put up the source on
