[RP] Problem still in ratpoison 1.4.0

There is a bug in what number that is announced in the bars for newly
mapped windows. It only appears with some setting of the rudeness level.

Steps to reproduce from a clean environment:

C-t :rudeness 8
C-t :exec xterm
C-t :gnew
C-t :exec firefox

C-o         (firefox open file dialog)
<Now the message is announced as window 2, while it in fact is number 1>

A patch to remove the bug is attached to this mail, and also available
