I can support this easily for Savannah, in fact the script should now if
you pass the correct arguments to -U and -C, but do you know if choosing
a cvsroot= of $CVSROOT =~ s#^.*/([^/]*)$#$1# would be a good choice for
a default in a typical cvsweb/viewcvs setup?

I guess I can just set it with a good default for Savannah regardless
and let other people deal with using the command line options.  :)
