My project, relaycheck, will be tools and website to fight against mail open 
relay, that are used to send massive spam.



the goal is like ORBS (dead at this time) but with FreeSoftware, and 
cooperative idea (many database can exchange information about open relays, 
with an xml syntax).



i already have domain name (relaycheck.com .net .org) but the web site is not 
already up (but i have scripts working).
