My project is a framework for special services with a life
cycle : Starting / Stopping / Restarting... This project tries to
set a container for running Internet/Intranet service. This container
gives for all developper some useful tools like logging, security 
action, remote control, easier configuration, tread pooling. This project is 
built around XML and Java. We are currently at the 0.3 version with a minimal 
Servelt Engine, A Web server and a remote administration console.
