Okay, after some research I finally have figured out why there are no
CLISP web pages on www.gnu.org.
that's because they are under
        subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/clisp/www/
and not
        subversions.gnu.org:/webcvs/software/clisp/

can someone do, on subversions,

# mkdir webcvs/software/clisp/
# mv cvsroot/clisp/www/* webcvs/software/clisp/
# rm -r cvsroot/clisp

...
