The GSL source code CVS repository already exists and you can see it at 
http://sources.redhat.com/gsl/.  It is a GNU project.

I\'d like to create a project on savannah purely for maintaining the 
www.gnu.org webpage for GSL.   A prototype page  based on the template is at 
http://www.network-theory.co.uk/gnuweb/gsl.html
