EV (for EVolution) is an Open GL based 3D engine (or other thereafter). Its 
purpose is to evolve according to technologies. EV is entirely object oriented. 
EV is written in C++ ,flexible and is entirely based upon the concept of 
interface - implementation. EV is Multiplateform.
It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
