An update to this submission: an embryonic home page
for this project has been created on the emacs wiki at
http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?EmaXML

It's nice for a start, and I could use it for the
informational homepage, but wiki's pretty sub-optimal
for hosting code, thus my submission for a savannah
project.
