This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

XMOPS is a PHP based Content Management System (CMS) for users and developers 
that installs out of the box offering unparalleled ease of use, support and 
management. 
The XMOPS CMS will be extendable through extensive use of modules installable 
through a unified admin interface.      
The ultimate goal of the XMOPS system is to take the best features of current 
CMS\'s and roll them into an Open Source/GPL\'d CMS that\'s easy to use, 
extendable and unparalleled in the Free/Open Source Community.
XMOPS is php code compatible with php 4.0.6 and uses GPL clases and mysql 
server. It didn´t uses propietary code or propietary librarys. XMOPS is going 
to use png and jpg images and has not code for generate any type of propietary 
content.  

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
