 Hi, 
 During registering a new project the savannah 
 system stopped loading at the time of specifying 
 the license. When I reloaded the page I got an error 
 that the group name is already taken. 
 My browser is Galeon 1.0.3 running in SSL mode on 
 the Slackware distribution. 
 My userid is 'zoyd' and the project's chosen system 
 name is 'antomic'. 
 Please help.
