Hi,
We would like to take a look at the source code of your project. Please tell
us a URL where it can be found, or email-us us a tarball. We just want to make
sure that you are applying the GPL license correctly. Please register your
project again with that information.

Also note that "Open Source" and "Free Software" are different movements and
the one that we support is the second one, because it puts more emphasis into
philosophical and ethical issues. Specially since you want your program to
become part of the GNU project, you should comply with the request from the
FSF and talk about "Free Software" rather than "Open Source". Another
requirement to become part of the GNU project will be to use PHP3, rather than
PHP4 which has some license problems that makes it incompatible with the GPL.
