Description:
This project is an Apache Xalan-C++ based implementation of XUpdate as defined
in http://www.xmldb.org/xupdate/xupdate-wd.html.It is mainly a library in C++
code, which can be dynamically linked to C++ client code.
Wrappers in other language (like python or java) could also be developed.

This project is actually built on MS VisualC++ IDE, compilation under gcc or
other tools is, of course, possible (and should be present in the future).
