I do not understand. Do you want a copy of the code for your personal
usage
or is it the usual way to submit a portion of code to Savannah ?
I must confess that it's for me the first time I publish an Open
Source
code.
Do you prefer an e-mail copy ?
Each step is hard (find an open source license, find a repository, ..)

Could you create a tarbal with the code as it now exists
and make it available to a temporary URL, and then resubmit ?
(you can resubmit your project with ease copying the big
re-registration link provided in the mail you get when you have
registered)
