        Hi,

        You should add licensing information in your distribtution. The
license notice promises the GNU GPL but it is not included in the 
distribution (you'll find it at http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.txt). 
In addition the most important part of the distribution is not associated
with a license notice (the dictionary itself). It may be a practical problem
to include a license notice in a binary file. In this case it is enough
to prominently state in a README file that the whole distribution is under
the GNU GPL and name the dictionary file explicitly.

        Could you please submit your project again when you've fixed these
minor problems ?
