        Hi,

        Please submit your project again with a clear description. If
needed you can point to the address@hidden mail archives
(http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/savannah-hackers/). But the past
discussion thread is not enough to grab the current situation and why
it matches the Savannah requirements.
