Rudy, normally you are able to close support request and bugs.
You should make it so in case like this 
http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?func=detailsupport&support_id=101381&group_id=11
(personally, I asign to me bugs/request I close, whatever the case,
unless there are not explicitely assigned to another savannah
hackers. It permits checking fastly requests I managed).


On an another subject, I notice your new email adress. I think this
address could be misleading. It sounds like an address of an entity,
not of an individual. People could think that this address is an
alternative for savannah-hackers for instance.

Since you'll be moderator of projects approval, it can be really
problematic. So I think it would be better if you re-switch to
something less neutral, that identify clearly your identity.

Note that's only my point of view, maybe Loic or Jaime have another
opinion on the subject.
