I think that using /usr/local/bin/savannah-sftp instead of 
/usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server permit to chroot. 
 
So we cannot replace it as simply. 
 
I fixed /usr/local/bin/savannah-sftp and modified cvssh according 
to your notes.
