Sorry no change, but Alex has privileges I don't and that is

Just tried it again, and it seems to be working with my
non-GNU project, Swarm.  I think that for the GNU project I
work on (cp-tools), doesn't currently have a download area
on savannah, and so the previous error message saying can't
open "/upload/cp-tools" makes perfect sense.

Bill (who originally filed the Support Request), could you
give it a test and see if it works for you too?
