Sacha Chua <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: emacs-wiki, planner, and related modules
System name: emacs-wiki
Type: non-GNU

Description:
emacs-wiki.el is a wiki major mode for Emacs, which aims for implicit and
natural markup for hypertext documents. planner.el and remember.el extend
emacs-wiki.el into an organizer/journal.

emacs-wiki.el: http://repose.cx/

planner.el: http://sacha.free.net.ph/notebook/emacs/planner/planner.el

remember.el: http://sacha.free.net.ph/notebook/emacs/remember/remember.el

Other Software Required:
Either GNU Emacs or XEmacs is required.

All tools, dependencies, and recommended software are free and open-source.

Other Comments:
emacs-wiki.el and planner.el are both distributed by the Debian project. They
are not officially part of GNU Emacs or the GNU project, but John Wiegley (the
original author) has indicated that he'd like to sign assignment papers if the
FSF wants the code. I need to check with Damien Elmes (address@hidden) if he's
okay with applying to the GNU project, which is why we'll leave it as non-GNU
for now.
