You key lack the GPG header (BEGIN GPG...); please upload it again
using the webui.

You do not have shell access at Savannah (only cvs access).  However,
it seems your SSH keys are not valid. You should upload the entire
content of id_dsa.pub (or any file that contains your public SSH key).
