I have added the notices to all files, except:
  * AfferoGPL
  * Newbie-introduction.txt
  * TODO.txt
  * DONE.txt

AfferoGPL:
  It is the Affero license file. I think it does not need the notice.

Newbie-introduction.txt:
  It is not part of the source code of the application. It is as a README.

TODO.txt & DONE.txt:
  It is not part of the source code of the application. We keep it in
  CVS just to save the history.

I have added the notices to the "forms/popup.js" and "scripts/popup.js" files,
preserving the credit (original message in the comment), even though we have
not modified it. Is this a problem?. If it's so, I will delete it.

If you think we should add the notices too to some of these files let us know.

I have not got the automated email yet!. Maybe a problem with my email?.

I will do it as you advise me. Anyway, I attach a tar ball of our CVS
repository updated for Savannah.
