Hi Nigel Kukard:
First at all, apologize for the long time that your project was in
the pending list.
no problem :-)
I reviewed the source code and found some license problems. Any file
with more than 10 lines should carry on a Copyright and Notices
License, so consider to check all the files again. If you need to
learn more about the GNU GPL license, check this URL:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
The only files I know about that don't have it in is the test.php file
and the pgsql schema file, correct?
With this change your project will be approved as non-gnu and then we
will send an e-mail to GNU-Eval.
Ok, cool.... would the GNU team consider an application written in php
to be included in GNU?
I think the way I want to proceed would be to try get the accounting
software part of GNU, its something we have to design for our own needs
and contributing to the GNU project is a nice way for us to show how
much we support free software!
I must also make you aware that the package is platform independant,
which means it will beable to run on windows and there will be
documentation on how to accomplish this... doubt this has any affect though.
Let me know what you think...
-Nigel
