Hi Alex Doh:

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

There's a lot of file in the project licensed under the PHP 2.02
license, this license is GPL-Incompatible, you have to consider do not
include these files in the tarball and drop them from the dependence list.

With the PEAR:Auth dependence, you will drop it from the dependence
list or will contact the PHP Group to change their license or dual-license?

On the other hand, many files doesn't had the Copyright and Notices
License, to release your program properly under the GPL you must
include a copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at
the beginning of every file of source code and any file with more than
10 lines. This is explained in:

   http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.

To avoid any confusion with the Copyright and Notices License you can
read these URLs:

     http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html
     http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices.html

I'll wait your updated tarball.

Regards,
