[Savannah-hackers] formatting of gnueval-input requests

Hello savannah folks,

It's a minor point, but the gnueval-input requests come in with the
fields all run together, like this:

    Submitter: <address@hidden> Project Full Name: blackbox
    Project System Name: blackbox License: gpl Approval URL:
    https://savannah.gnu.org/admin/groupedit.php?group_id=6814 Description:
    Blackbox is a perl script designed to continuosly collect network

If it is easy to make the line breaks come out in the obvious places,
that would be nice.  Obviously no big deal, though.
