  The aim of the project is to permit 3D animation rendering on a grid.
Grid characteristics : Disparity of machine's operating systems, no dedicated
network, versatile network, remote hosts, internet based connections between
hosts.
The core of the project is to provide the serialization of the the
administration of the software balance on the grid, using peer to peer
technology instead of a classical user/server scheme.

THere is no source code yet to exhibit.

The project will be written in Java.

I have not tested JavAct middleware in a free JVM.

Other Comments:

  As the purpose of the project is to ensure the balance of the rendering in
diverse operating system, some of then may not be free and don't have a free
equivalent so we should if necessary deposit installation scripts on
nonfreeOS on another repository
