Generally,
To host a project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with the hosting
requirements:

I see that project is written in Java.
To be hosted on GnU Savannah, projects using Java must be able to run using
a Free java implementation (e.g. OpenJDK-7/8) without requiring any non-free
classes/compilers/etc. Please ensure and confirm this project is able to be
used with a free java implementation.

It is also strongly recommended to add a 'LICENSE' file to the archive,
specifying the license of the software,
and adding copyright and license information in each of the source code
files.

It seems there are also several third-party libraries (e.g. 'RXTXcomm.jar',
'VerticalLabel.jar' etc) and even a windows-DLL binary file.
Please list all the dependencies for the project (e.g. libraries, packages,
modules, etc.) and their license - they all must be released under a
free-software license.

Please let us know when these issues are address so we can continue with
project evaluation.
