Hi, 

I'm Prateek from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. I'm very much interested in Internationalize SILPA Project with Wikimedia jquery projects. I cloned the Github SILPA repo but wasn't able to install it.

I followed the installation procedure as given in Github. I've installed all the dependencies listed there. But the system was not able to create the eggs file. [given in Step #3]] 

I'm using Ubuntu 12.10

Also, please provide me some directions regarding this project. As of now, I've also worked out the 3 Wikimedia libraries to be required in this project and got accustomed to it.
