Depending on the version of bdb in use, it may not need upgraded, but there is
goodness in 5.2 and 5.3, and 4.6 & 4.7 are feeling a bit long in the tooth.

One thing to note for whomever does the packaging of 1.1.3 (or even 1.1.2), a
good number of the Debian patches made it into the mainline code in 1.1.2.
