[IMPORTANT] missing number of slots

Hi,

some projects are missing the number of essential/desired slots to ask
for.

Quickly looking at the list of the applications, I see we miss
information for these projects:

- Guix
- Prolog For Java
- GNU Bison

Can you please confirm how many slots you would like to have (please
specify both essential/desired)?

If this information is not available by the end of the day, then we will
set essential slots=desired slots=1.
